Life Skills Class for
Children's Ministry Leaders and Volunteers

Serving in children’s ministry is a privilege, but it can also bring unique challenges. Many children today struggle with anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, depression, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. As a church leader or volunteer, you have the opportunity to create a safe, welcoming environment where every child feels seen, valued, and loved.
This Life Skills Class is designed specifically for pastors, children’s ministry leaders, Sunday school teachers, and volunteers who serve children. Participants will gain a better understanding of some of the most common mental health and developmental challenges facing children today. You will learn practical strategies for responding with compassion, supporting children and their families, managing difficult situations, and recognizing when additional help may be needed.
